Your skin fits this condition if you have excess oil and shine a few hours after washing, regular acne break outs monthly or in response to stress, or if you have at least one acne pimple and / or bothersome blackheads and whiteheads on a regular basis. Acne and blemishes can also occur on the back and chest. Cleansers and toners need to be carefully selected so as not to irritate or stimulate over production of sebum by the sebaceous glands. If you have deep acne cysts or regularly have more than 10 pimples at one time, then you should see a dermatologist for additional anti-acne therapy.
